不同移栽期对烤烟质体色素的影响
摘 要：质体色素降解产物是烟叶中的重要致香物质，烟叶中的质体色素含量直接决定着烟叶的品质。本文考察了不同移栽期对烤烟质体色素的影响，结果表明，移栽期推迟5 d，烤烟成熟期和烘烤后烟叶样品的叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素和多酚含量最高，烟叶品质最好。

Abstract： Plastid pigment degradation products were important aroma substances in tobacco leaf. The content of plastid pigment in tobacco leaf determined the quality of tobacco leaf directly. The effects of different transplanting stage on the flue-cured tobacco plastid pigment was examined. The results showed that the flue-cured tobacco maturity and tobacco leaf after baking lutein and carotene and polyphenols content was the highest by transplanting period delay 5 days， tobacco leaf quality was the best.
