URP1基因在肺癌组织中的表达及其意义
[摘要] 目的 研究URP1基因在肺癌组织中的表达及其意义。 方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测152例肺癌组织和152例配对癌旁正常肺组织中的URP1表达情况。 结果 URP1基因在肺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常肺组织（P<0.05），在非小细胞肺癌中高表达，在小细胞肺癌中低表达；URP1在鳞癌的表达高于腺癌（P<0.05）和大细胞癌（P<0.05），腺癌与大细胞癌之间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；URP1基因表达水平与鳞癌的分化程度呈正相关（P<0.05）。结论 URP1基因参与肺癌的发生及发展过程。

[Abstract] Objective To study the expression and significance of URP1 gene in lung cancer tissues. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of URP1 in 152 cases of lung cancer tissues and 152 cases of paired paracancer normal lung tissues. Results The expression of URP1 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues （P<0.05）. URP1 was highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer and was lowly expressed in small cell lung cancer.The expression of URP1 in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in adenocarcinoma（P<0.05） and large cell carcinoma （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the expression of UPR1 between adenocarcinoma and large cell carcinoma.The expression level of URP1 protein was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma（P<0.05）. Conclusion URP1 gene is involved in the development and progression of lung cancer.
