烟草生产过程中的工艺质量管理措施探究
【摘 要】近些年来，国家烟草行业飞速发展，对烟草工艺质量上要求也在逐渐提高，但是和发达国家相比，依然存在一定差距，因此本文针对烟草生产过程中的工艺质量管理措施进行探究。本文首先明确了烟草工艺质量管理的必要性，然后从质量控制内容和质量控制对策两个方面入手展开分析。基于质量控制的主要内容，从'管理制度、维护工作、流程控制、人员综合素质“等方面提出具体的管理措施。

【Abstract】In recent years， the national tobacco industry has developed rapidly， and the requirements for the quality of tobacco technology are gradually increasing. However， compared with developed countries， there is still a certain gap. Therefore， this paper explores the process quality management measures in the tobacco production process. This paper firstly clarifies the necessity of tobacco process quality management， and then analyzes it from two aspects： quality control content and quality control strategy. Based on the main content of quality control， specific management measures are proposed from the aspects of 'management system， maintenance work， process control， and comprehensive quality of personnel“.
