经筋理论指导下毫火针治疗寒湿型腰肌劳损的临床效果

[摘要] 目的 探讨经筋理论指导下毫火针治疗寒湿型腰肌劳损的临床效果。 方法 收集2014年10月～2016年9月广西壮族自治区人民医院推拿科门诊70例腰肌劳损属寒湿证患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组35例;治疗组采用经筋理论指导下毫火针治疗，对照组采用温针灸法治疗，两组均每天治疗1次，共治疗10次。比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、临床疗效。 结果 两组治疗后VAS评分均低于本组治疗前，差异有高度统计学意义（P < 0.01），治疗后治疗组VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（P < 0.01）。 结论 经筋理论指导下毫火针较温针灸对寒湿型腰肌劳损具有更好的临床治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of filiform-fire needling on lumbar muscle strain cold and dampness syndrome under meridian-muscle region theory. Methods A total of 70 cases of lumbar muscle strain with cold and dampness syndrome from October 2014 to September 2016 in Department of Massage， Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People′s Hospital and they were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method， with 35 cases in each group.
