烤烟变黄期叶绿素降解动力学分析
摘要:为研究不同烤烟品种的变黄特性和预测变黄期烟叶叶绿素含量变化,通过分析不同品种(红花大金元、K326和云烟85)在不同变黄温度(34 ℃、36 ℃、38 ℃、40 ℃和42 ℃)下烟叶叶绿素含量变化,建立了烟叶叶绿素降解动力学模型。试验结果表明:(1)随着变黄温度的升高烟叶叶绿素降解加快,变黄温度较低时(34 ℃、36 ℃)烟叶叶绿素降解存在延滞期,高温变黄(40 ℃、42 ℃)不存在延滞期;相同变黄温度下,云烟85烟叶叶绿素降解最快,K326次之,红花大金元最慢。(2)利用一阶反应模型可以很好地描述变黄期烟叶叶绿素含量变化,随着变黄温度升高烟叶叶绿素降解半衰期t1/2缩短,红花大金元、K326和云烟85烟叶叶绿素降解活化能分别为61.76、56.20和53.16 kJ/mol;(3)试验建立了基于温度波动变化的叶绿素降解反应模型,为预测实际变黄过程中烟叶叶绿素含量变化提供理论参考。

Abstract: In order to study the yellowing characteristics ofdifferent tobacco varieties and predict the changes of chlorophyll content during the yellowing stage. Changes of flue-cured tobacco leaves’ chlorophyll content in different varieties (Honghuadajinyuan, K326, Yunyan85) under different yellowing temperature (34 ℃, 36 ℃, 38 ℃, 40 ℃and 42 ℃) were analyzed, and the degradation kinetic model of flue-cured tobacco leaves’ chlorophyll was established. The results showed that flue-cured tobacco leaves’ chlorophyll content got a faster degradation with the increase of yellowing temperature. There was a lag phase of flue-cured tobacco leaves’ chlorophyll degradation at the low yellowing temperature (such as 34 ℃ and 36 ℃), however, there was no lag phase at the high yellowing temperature (such as 40 ℃ and 42 ℃).
