地方高校大学生就业问题的调查分析

[摘 要] 随着高校的扩招，毕业生人数剧增，地方高校就业局势不容乐观。以贺州学院学生为研究对象，通过问卷调查，了解地方高校就业现状及存在问题，探究影响地方高校大学生就业问题的各种因素，并以此寻求解决就业问题的方法，为广西地方本科院校大学生就业提供决策参考，提高地方高校校大学生就业竞争力。

Abstract： With the expansion of college eollment， the number of graduates increases sharply， and the employment situation in local colleges and universities is not optimistic. Hezhou University students are taken as the research objects， through questionnaires and investigations， the employment status and the existing problems of local colleges and universities are discovered， and various factors impacting the employment problem of college students in local colleges and universities are explored， to seek ways to solve the problem of employment， providing decision-making reference for Guangxi local undergraduate college students employment， and improving the local university students" employment competitiveness.
