提高食品检验准确性浅析
摘要：近年来，随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，广大群众对食品质量的要求也越来越高。但不断发生的我国食品安全问题，一方面严重影响了广大人民群众的身体健康，另一方面也严重制约了我国食品行业的健康发展。为此，必须高度重视食品安全问题，而加强食品质量检验，不断提升检验的水平和准确性，有利于杜绝存有安全隐患的食品流向餐桌，因此，如何提高食品检验的准确性、保证食品质量安全可靠是一个十分重要的现实问题。本文在系统介绍影响食品检验准确性的诸多因素的基础上，进一步提出了增强食品检验准确性的措施方法。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of society and people"s living standards continue to improve， the masses of food quality requirements are increasingly high. But the food safety problem of our country constantly， on the one hand， has seriously affected the health of the people， on the other hand， it also seriously restricted the healthy development of China"s food industry. Therefore， it is necessary to attach great importance to food safety issues， and strengthen the quality inspection of food， and constantly improve the level and accuracy of inspection， to eliminate potential safety problems of food flow to the table being. Therefore， how to improve the accuracy of food inspection， ensure food quality and safety is a very important realistic problem. On the basis of the many factors that affect the accuracy of food inspection， this paper further puts forward the measures to enhance the accuracy of food inspection.
