点刺少泽穴加手法按摩乳房早期治疗缺乳的临床效果探讨

【摘要】 目的：探讨点刺少泽穴加手法按摩乳房早期治疗产后缺乳的作用和治疗效果。方法：选取2014年12月-2015年11月笔者所在医院诊治的产后缺乳患者100例为研究对象，分为针药组和中药组各50例，针药组采取点刺少泽穴加手法按摩乳房并口服中药治疗，中药组单纯口服中药治疗。结果：两组治疗后的临床疗效比较，针药组的总有效率94%高于中药组的78%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：点刺少泽穴加手法按摩乳房是早期治疗产后缺乳的有效方法，临床疗效优于单纯口服中药。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the treatment effect of pricking shaoze combined breast massage in the early treatment of postpartum hypogalactia.Method：One hundred cases of postpartum hypogalactia patients from December 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the acupuncture medicine group and the medicine group，50 cases in each group，the acupuncture medicine group was given point pricking on shaoze acupoint combined breast massage and oral traditional Chinese medicine treatment，the medicine group were treated with solely oral traditional Chinese medicine.Result：As to the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment，the total effective rate of the acupuncture medicine group was 94%，higher than 78% of the medicine group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Pricking shoaze acupoint combined breast massage is an effective method in early treatment of postpartum hypogalactia，the clinical curative effect of which is better than solely oral traditional Chinese medicine.
