中西医药物联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果
[摘要] 目的 回顾性分析中西药物联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床效果。 方法 收集山东中医药大学附属眼科医院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者107例，其中男52例，女55例，共168眼，应用中西医药物联合激光光凝治疗后，并对患者出院时疗效进行分析。 结果 半年复诊时，在168眼中，视力提高两行及以上的有51只眼，提高1行或无提高的有100只眼，视力下降的有17只眼，总有效率为89.88%。结论 中西医药物联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变是有效的。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze clinical effect of Western and traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy retrospectively. Methods A total of 107 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Affiliated Eye Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to January 2014 were collected， among whom， there were 52 cases of men， 55 cases of women， total 168 eyes. After treatment of Western and traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy， the effects were analyzed when the patients were discharged. Results At subsequent visit of half years， in 168 eyes， the visual acuity which improved two lines had 51 eyes， and those improved one line or unimproved had 100 eyes， those with visual acuity declined had 17 eyes. The total effective rate was 89.88%. Conclusion Western and traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy is effective.
