高压氧疗法对急性脑梗死干预作用的临床分析
[摘要] 目的 探讨高压氧（HBO）对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损、血液流变学的影响。方法 68例急性脑梗死患者随机分为HBO组与对照组，两组均采用常规药物治疗与康复治疗，HBO组同时结合HBO治疗。观察治疗前后两组神经功能缺损、血液流变学的变化。结果 两组神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学指标与治疗前比较均明显改善，但HBO组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 高压氧可促进急性脑梗死患者神经功能康复，明显改善血液流变学，降低脑梗死复发危险。

Clinical Analysis of Intervention Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate influences of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on blood rheology and neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into HBO group and control group，both receiving routine drug therapy and rehabilitation therapy， while the patients in HBO group were treated by HBO. In two groups before and after treatment the changes of neurological deficit and blood rheology were compared. Results The blood rheological index and the neurological deficit scores in two groups of post-treatment were improved significantly than those of pre-treatment， but HBO group was better than control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion HBO can promote the recovery of neurological deficit， improve blood rheology and reduce the risk of recurrence for cerebral infarction.
