建立我国城市社区运动医学健康服务体系的构想
摘要：通过分析和论证，提出建设社区运动医学健康服务体系的构想，探讨构建我国城市社区运动医学健康服务体系的必要性，这一体系涵盖了健身前健康档案建立与运动健身方案的制定、健身方案的实施与过程监控、健身后体能恢复等环节。同时指出这一体系的建构应沿着服务专业化、个性化、高科技的方向发展。

The idea for establishing an urban community sports, medical and health service system in China

Abstract: Via analysis and demonstration, the authors put forward the idea for building a community sports, medical and health service system, and probed into the necessity of constructing an urban community sports, medical and health system in China, which contains such links as the establishment of before fitness exercising health file, establishment and implementation of fitness exercising files, process monitoring, and after fitness exercising physical stamina recovery. The author also pointed out that the establishment of such a system should be developed in the directions of professionalized service, individualized service and high-tech service.

开展城市社区健身运动医学健康服务体系构建的研究工作是我国社区体育事业向着科学化方向迈进的具体体现，也是增强社区居民体质的必然要求和有效手段。同时对于充分发挥社区体育在社区健康促进过程中的作用，实现社区体育在社区健康促进中良好的社会效益和可观的经济效益，最终促使全面建设小康社会背景下的'社区体育服务体系“和'全民健身体系“更加完善等具有重要意义。
