国外体育指导员资格认证制度的启示
摘要：美国、英国、德国、日本和加拿大等国体育指导员资格认证制度的特点主要表现在5个方面：1)体育指导员多采用分类分级制，并且多由不同的组织授予和管理，多数国家体育指导员的种类只有健身指导和康复指导两类；2)体育指导员的主要功能是健身指导与康复指导，体现出体育指导员职业的独特性；3)体育指导员主要采用职前培训和职后培训相结合的培训方式；4)对体育指导员职业资格的认证，有的国家有统一的资格认证标准，但多数国家资格认定的标准是由各认定机构自行制定的；5)国外对体育指导员资格的有效期都有严格的规定。这些特点对我国社会体育指导员职业资格认证制度的建立和推行有一定启示：1)充分发挥政府的力量来推行社会体育指导员职业资格证书制度；2)建立社会体育指导员资格定期认证制度；3)建立社会体育指导员职前教育和职后教育相结合的资格认证制度。

Inspirations from the sports instructor qualification certification system in
foreign countries

Abstract: The characteristics of the sports instructor qualification certification system in USA, UK, Germany, Japan and Canada mainly embody in five aspects: 1)sports instructors are subject to a classifying and rating system, and certificate conferred and managed by different organizations; there are only two types of sports instructors in most countries, namely, fitness instructor and rehabilitation instructor; 2)main functions of sports instructors are to provide fitness guidance and rehabilitation guidance, which embodies the peculiarity of the career of sports instructors; 3)sports instructors are subject to pre-career training and post-career training combined training; 4)for the certification of occupational qualification of sports instructors, some countries have a unified qualification...
