论法学教学中案例教学法之完善
【摘 要】案例教学法在我国法学教学中的比重愈重，但也存在了经典案例不能、虚假案例成风、陈旧案例难变、案例分析不够等案例方面的不足，以及案例重视不足、推行动力欠缺、师生模式固化等背景原因。为了克服这些缺陷完善案例教学法的应用，就要将真实、能与理论知识的讲授能相互呼应等作为案例选用的基础标准，并将讲授法与案例教学法并重，在此基础上再进一步注重教师引导作用。

On the Perfection of Case Teaching Method in Law Teaching

【Abstract】The case teaching method has a higher proportion in the teaching of law in China，but there are also some shortcomings in case studies such as the failure of classic cases， the development of false cases，the failure of old cases， and the lack of case analysis.，teacher-student pattern curing and other background reasons.In order to overcome these defects and improve the application of the case teaching method， it is necessary to use the truthfulness，the ability to relate to the teaching of theoretical knowledge and so on as the basic criteria for the selection of cases，and pay equal attention to both the lecture method and the case teaching method， and further emphasize on this basis.Teachers guide the role.
