关节镜治疗原发性冻结肩的围术期护理干预效果分析
[摘要]目的 探讨关节镜治疗原发性冻结肩围术期护理干预的特点。方法 选取2014年4月～2016年9月我院收治的48例原发性冻结肩患者作为研究对象，利用动态随机法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组24例。对照组患者围术期采取常规护理方式，观察组患者围术期采取护理干预方式。随访1个月，评估两组患者术后1周及术后1个月的ASES评分、NPIS评分、焦虑评分及满意度。结果 观察组患者术后1周及术后1个月的ASES评分、满意度高于对照组，NPIS评分、焦虑评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗后患者症状明显改善。结论 针对原发性冻结肩关节镜手术治疗的特点，采取相应的围术期护理干预，能维持手术治疗效果，患者焦虑程度小，疼痛减轻，术后活动度好，满意度高，肩关节功能得到改善。
