先天性心脏病的外科治疗进展
【摘要】目的：先天性心脏病（congenital heart disease，CHD）在新生儿中的发病率约为 6%-7% ，我国每年约有15万至20万先心病患儿出生，是婴幼儿特别是新生儿的第一死亡原因，约有l/3 患者因病情危重将在6个月至l岁内夭折。近年来，心脏外科发展很快，许多诊治观点和治疗方法不断改进，手术方法的改进使以前无法手术的先天性心脏病患儿重新获得新生，并减少了手术并发症，提高了术的疗效。另外，体外循环技术和麻醉技术的创新， 为心脏病外科治疗奠定了坚实的基础。本文就先天性心脏病的外科发展历程和常见先天性心脏病根治术的进展进行介绍。

Advances in Surgical Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease

Abstract：The incidence of congenital heart disease in neonate is about 6%-7% ， about 150，000-200，000 children with congenital heart disease is born every year in our country， which is the first cause of death in infants， especially newborns. One-third of them will die between six to twelve months after birth due to critical condition without any intervention.Surgical treatment of congenital heart disease developed rapidly， many viewpoints of diagnosis and treatment methods improve continuously. Improved surgical techniques make the children with complex congenital heart disease that surgery cannot be made before reborn again， and reduce the operation complications， thus improving the operation effect. In addition， innovation of cardiopulmonary bypass and anesthesia， which is strong base surgical treatment of heart.In this paper， the development history of CHD and common progress in treatment of complex CHD operation were reviewed.
