兔颈总动脉破裂粥样硬化斑块模型炎症因子的表达
[摘要] 目的 探索兔颈总动脉破裂粥样硬化斑块模型血清炎症因子的水平。 方法 将30只健康雄性新西兰白兔随机分为3组，对照组（n=10）、高脂饮食组（n=10）和球囊损伤组（n=10）。饲养8周后，采用'腔外负压“法诱导斑块破裂，观察兔血清脂蛋白、白介素-6及hs-CRP水平的变化，彩色多普勒超声鉴定斑块形成。 结果 高脂饲养8周后，球囊损伤组、高脂饮食组的血清脂蛋白水平、颈总动脉血流速度、IMT显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），而颈总动脉内径低于对照组；血清IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组，高脂饮食组与球囊损伤组间差异有统计学意义。 结论 炎症反应参与动脉粥样硬化的形成，在粥样硬化斑块破裂中扮演重要角色；为破裂斑块的形成提供了一定的动物模型理论基础。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the express of inflammatory factor in animal model of carotid atherosclerosis plaque rupture.
