紫杉醇脂质体对非小细胞肺癌患者的抗肿瘤作用研究
【摘要】 目的：探究紫杉醇脂质体对非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）患者的抗肿瘤作用。方法：选取九江市第三人民医院2013年8月-2015年8月收治的160例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，依据用药情况随机分为对照组和观察组，各80例，观察组采用紫衫醇脂质体（135 mg/m2，静脉滴注3 h，第1天），对照组应用传统紫杉醇（135 mg/m2，静脉滴注3 h，第1天），观察组与对照组都以顺铂治疗为基础。21 d为1个周期，化疗2、4、6个周期后，比较两组患者用药后治疗情况。结果：化疗6个周期后，观察组有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。化疗2个周期后，观察组的恶心呕吐、疲乏无力、脱发发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌有良好的效果，此外，还会减少不良反应，值得在临床上大力推广。
