胸膜肺炎放线杆菌外膜蛋白W自杀性质粒的构建

摘要:胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,APP)是一种能够引起猪传染性胸膜肺炎的细菌病原体,它给养猪业带来巨大的经济损失。外膜蛋白W(OmpW)在细菌的生命活动中起着重要作用,大量研究表明OmpW与细菌的感染、耐药性以及分子调节等都有着紧密联系,因而阐明ompW基因对胸膜肺炎放线杆菌调节机制对于该疾病的防控具有重要意义。以胸膜肺炎放线杆菌ompW基因为研究对象,成功构建自杀性质粒pEM-OmpW,为构建胸膜肺炎放线杆菌OmpW突变株以及探究ompW基因对胸膜肺炎放线杆菌分子调节机制提供了基础。

Abstract: Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae is the causative agent of porcine pleuropneumonia, a highly contagious respiratory disease of pig which causes serious economic losses.
