潘懋元德育观对大学生思想政治教育工作的启示

摘 要：德育是思想政治教育的重要组成部分。潘懋元揭示了德育实质，阐述了德育的基本规律，并提出了大学生德育的三大特征与七大原则。其系统的德育观启示我们在大学生思政教育工作中：必须紧跟时代旋律，紧紧围在绕党和政府的精神旗帜下开展工作；工作方法必须与时俱进，开拓创新；必须'守土有责、守土负责、守土尽责“； 必须遵循大学生身心发展规律，具体问题具体分析，坚持教师教育与自我教育相结合；必须坚持正面教育与方面教育相结合；必须坚持全员动员，通力合作。

Abstract： Moral education is important part in ideological and political education. Pan Maoyuan expounds the basic rules of moral education， and puts forward three characteristics of college students" moral education and the seven principles， which tell us that we have to keep up with the melody of the times， work under the spiritual flag of the party and the government； keep pace with the times， pioneering and being innovative， "be responsible for defending our territories， contribute our share to defending our territories "； and we also have to follow the law of physical and mental development of college students， analyze the concrete problems， adhere to the combination of teacher education and self-education， adhere to combining the positive education and education； adhere to the full mobilization， co-operation in college students" thought and political education.
