食品类专业“专业教育”“思想教育”并重培养模式的探索

  摘要:目前,食品行业对食品类专业人才需求大,却招聘不到合适的学生,但学生难以如愿就业。如何使高校食品类人才培养能够满足社会生产需要,同时促进毕业生就业,成为迫切需要解决的问题。开展以培养学生扎实专业理论和技能及以培养学生对专业的热爱和吃苦耐劳精神教学模式的研究,结果表明,并重培养模式是一种有效培养理论基础扎实、实践经验充足、专业技能强、适应面广、符合食品产业持续发展需要的学生教学方式。

  Exploration on the Training Mode of Technical and Ideological Education
  for Undergraduate in Major of Food Specialty

  Abstract:Recently,the food industries have large demand for food professionals but hard to recruit qualified graduate,as the opposite the difficult for students majored in food specialties to obtain employment. How to make the food talent training in colleges and universities meet the needs of production,and promoting the employment of graduates of food specialty,become an urgent problem to be solved. The authors have carried out the research on the teaching mode of the combination of Ideological Education which is based on cultivation of students" love for the food industry and the spirit of hard work and technical education which focused on cultivation of students" professional theory and professional skill. The results shown that training mode of technical and ideological education s an effective way to cultivate students with solid theoretical foundation,practical experience,strong professional skills,wide adaptability,and meeting the needs of sustainable development...
