中西医结合治疗宫内节育器致月经失调86例临床观察
【摘要】 目的：观察内服安冲汤联合西药口服治疗宫内节育器致月经异常的效果。方法：选择上环后出现月经不调患者146例，按随机数字表法分成治疗组与对照组，治疗组86例患者给予安冲汤加西药治疗，对照组60例给予止血环酸、止血敏、消炎痛、维生素C、E等西药治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗上环后月经不调疗效显著，复发率低，是治疗上环引起子宫异常出血的较好方法，具有临床推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective： To observe the effect of oral Anchong soup combined with oral western medicine in the treatment of menstrual abnormalities caused by IUD.Method：A total of 146 patients with irregular periods after ring on were selected by the random number table， and these patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group， and 86 patients in the treatment group were given AnChang tang combined with western medicine treatment， and 60 cases in the control group were given bleeding naphthenic acid， dicynone， indomethacin， vitamin C， vitamin E and other western medical treatments.Result：The total effective rates in the two groups were compared， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of irregular periods after ring on is distinct， and the recurrence rate is low， and it is a good method to treat abnormal uterine bleeding c...
