探讨二甲双胍联合利培酮治疗对精神分裂症患者体质量及糖代谢的影响
[摘要] 目的 研究分析精神分裂症患者接受二甲双胍联合利培酮治疗后的体质量和糖代谢情况。 方法 根据2013年1”7月该院的85例精神分裂症患者来进行研究分析，分组为研究组和对照组，研究组43例接受了利培酮和二甲双胍治疗，对照组42例接受利培酮治疗，对两组治疗的第0、4、8、12周进行体质量监测，测量空腹和服糖后2 h血糖情况，进行对比分析。 结果 研究第8周开始，研究组体质量增加百分比和对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组有4例血糖代谢异常患者，研究组无血糖代谢异常情况，结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组的不良反应对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者时，会引起体质量增加和糖代谢异常情况，可以使用二甲双胍来降低该不良反应，不会引起其他新的不良反应，临床可以推广使用。
