槐耳抗肿瘤作用研究进展
[摘要] 槐耳在中国已经广泛应用于癌症的辅助治疗，基础研究与临床应用已经证实其抗癌效果，包括对肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胃癌等具有一定的疗效，其主要机制涉及抑制肿瘤细胞的生长与增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制血管新生、抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭与转移、调节多种癌基因与抑癌基因的表达、提高机体的免疫能力、逆转肿瘤细胞的耐药性等。该文对近年来槐耳抗肿瘤作用最新的研究进展进行总结，以期对槐耳抗肿瘤作用深入研究和临床应用提供参考。

[Abstract] Huaier （Trametes robiniophila） has been widely used as an adjuvant drug for cancer treatment in China. The anti-cancer effect of Huaier extract has been confirmed in liver cancer， lung cancer， breast cancer， ovarian cancer， gastric cancer， and so on. The main mechanisms by which Huaier exerts an anti-neoplastic effect include inhibition of the growth and proliferation of cancer cells， induction of apoptosis of cancer cells， suppression of angiogenesis， inhibition of the invasion and migration of cancer cells， regulation of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes expression， improving immunity， and reversal of drug resistance in cancer cells. In order to provide references for further study and clinical application on anti-tumor effect of Huaier， the latest research progress on anti-tumor effect of Huaier in recent years is summarized in this paper.
