新型烟草制丝线滚筒设备加热器装置的研究
摘 要：制丝线生产工艺是整个现代烟草工艺流程的核心所在，其涉及工序设备种类繁多，其中烟丝滚筒设备是制丝线设备之一，该设备通过滚筒内对设备加热加湿，达到对烟丝水分深化工艺处理的过程，以满足烟丝生产的工艺要求。滚筒加热加湿设备是滚筒设备的关键，其设备运行性能的优异直接关系烟丝滚筒加熱加湿的效果。该文详细论述了一种新型的滚筒加热设备，解决了传统设备存在的问题，提升了烟丝滚筒设备的整体运行效果。

Abstract：Tobacco production technology is the core of modern tobacco process， it involves various kinds of process equipment， the tobacco drum device is one of the primary machine， the device through the roller on the heating and humidifying equipment， to process on the deepening process of cut tobacco moisture， in order to satisfy the requirement of tobacco production process. Roller heating and humidifying equipment is the key equipment of the drum， excellent directly related to tobacco drum heating and humidifying equipment performance effect. This paper discusses a roller heating device， to solve the traditional equipment problems， improve the overall performance of tobacco roller device.
