学生党建与引领学生全面发展的协同研究
摘要：高等教育的根本任务是立德树人，培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义接班人。学生党建工作是关系到党的事业兴衰成败的重要工程。学生党建既是关系到卓越班自身的思想政治教育和组织建设的问题，也是关系到卓越班人才培养、专业教育的质量、关系到高水平大学如何实现的问题。总之，是关系到如何培养'又红又专“的社会主义建设者和接班人的问题，培养德智体美全面发展的大学生是健全组织建设的重要途径。本项目旨在为高校培养德智体美优秀学生党员提供有效途径，为推进学生党建与引领学生全面发展探索可行的途径以及协同发展的有效机制。

Abstract： the fundamental task of higher education is to cultivate the socialist successors of the all-round development of morality， intelligence and physical beauty. Student party construction is an important project related to the success or failure of the Party"s cause. Student party construction is not only related to the ideological and political education and organizational construction of the excellent class， but also related to the training of outstanding class talents， the quality of professional education， and the realization of high-level universities. In short， it is a question of how to train "red and specialized" socialist builders and successors. Cultivating college students with all-round development of morality， intelligence， physical beauty is an important way to improve organizational construction. The purpose of this project is to provide effective ways for colleges and universities to cultivate excellent students with intelligence， physical integrity and beauty， and to explore feasible ways and effective mechanisms for promoting student party construction and guiding students "all-round development.
