网络教育中的《行政管理学》理论体系与应用模式
摘要《行政管理学》是行政管理专业的核心基础课，在行政管理专业人才培养中具有基础地位。随着网络教育的不断普及，行政人才培养进入网络时代。本文从网络教育思想与理念阐述入手，着重论述了网络教育中的《行政管理学》理论体系与应用模式以及与之相应的网络资源建设规范与实施形式。

Abstract"Executive Management" is the core basci course of Executive Management major, it"s the foundation of the training of executive management majors. With the popularity of network, administrative personnel goes into Internet Times. From network education and concept description, this paper discusses the theoretical system and application model of the "executive management" in network education, and the corresponding network resource construction specifications and implementation modalities.

2004年6月，《行政管理学》作为东北财经大学网络核心基础课列入正式建设和开发课程，近7年时间，招收全国各地行政管理专业学员近5000名，均学习和使用此课件内容，取得巨大的经济效益和社会效益，也得到网络教育界广泛好评和推广，于2008年10月被教育部评为 '国家精品课程“。本文主要结合网络教育特点，从教育思想与理念、理论体系、应用模块、实施过程与形式等方面，对此教学成果的建设心得和体会展开阐述。
