老年2型糖尿病患者认知障碍的相关因素分析
摘要：目的 在2型糖尿病的老年患者，研究影响其认知功能下降的因素，为进一步形成快速的、有效的、科学的预防模式提供依据。 方法 选择2014年6月～2016年6月在我科住院的T2DM患者246例，使用蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）评分，根据评估得分，分为老年2型糖尿病认知功能正常（NC）组（n=78）和老年2型糖尿病认知障碍（CI）组（n=168），记录两组患者一般资料、体格检查、伴发疾病和检查结果，并比较其差异。 结果 比较两组患者，年龄、BMI、教育水平、经常体育锻炼、经常与人交流、颈部动脉硬化、空腹血糖（FBG）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）有显著差异（P<0.05）。多因素logistic回归分析显示年龄、体质指数（BMI）、受教育程度、颈动脉硬化、Hcy升高是认知障碍的危险因素（P<0.05），且随年龄、体重增加发生认知障碍的风险增高。结论 老年2型糖尿病患者年齡、受教育程度、BMI、颈动脉硬化、Hcy升高可能是认知障碍的危险因素。
