新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的X线征象与临床分析

【摘要】 目的：研究分析新生儿呼吸窘迫征的X线征象与临床。方法：在2015年6月-2016年12月期间来本院就诊治疗的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿中选择26例患儿做研究对象，所有患儿临床资料均完整，观察分析患儿临床资料以及X线图像。结果：经观察分析可知，26例患儿X线征象分级为Ⅰ级3例，Ⅱ级7例，Ⅲ级11例，Ⅳ级5例。5例患儿伴有吸入性肺炎，5例患儿伴肺出血，4例患儿伴肺部感染，2例患儿伴肺气漏。结论：在新生儿呼吸窘迫征的临床中，X线检查作为主要方式，对于疾病的诊断以及治疗效果观察有着十分重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the X-ray features and clinical manifestations of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Method：From June 2015 to December 2016 year，26 patients in our hospital for treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were chose as the objects of study，all patients clinical data and X-ray images were compared，observed and analyzed.Result：After observation and analysis，in 26 children with X-ray classification，3 cases of Ⅰ class，7 cases of Ⅱ class，11 cases of Ⅲ class，5 cases of IV class.There were 5 cases with aspiration pneumonia，5 cases with pulmonary hemorrhage，4 cases with pulmonary infection，2 cases with lung leakage.Conclusion：In the clinical manifestations of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome，X-ray examination as the main way for the diagnosis of the disease and treatment effect observation has a very important role.
